Servicio muy bueno, check in muy bien. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido, es muy viejo. El baño le falta mantenimiento y más limpieza a profundidad, estaba un poco empolvado y manchas blancas... cuando quite la cobija de adorno que va en la cama salieron 2 mini bichitos. El segundo día no nos quitaron la taza sucia ni el vaso... el desayuno muy bien y excelente servicio aunque falta un poco de variedad en proteína. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de un Mercadona y la estación del metro. Las paredes son un poco delgadas y se escuchan los ruidos de los otros huéspedes cuando llegan a su cuarto. Las almohadas son muy muy delgadas. Lo ideal sería tener smart TV o mínimo poder cambiar el audio de la televisión.

The hospitality was superb. The decor was lovely very stylish. I loved that we were in an area that was accessible to public transportation. I was able to jump on the bus and go to grand Villa and Plaza de España. There was a local market down the street where in case you want to buy water and fruit and yogurt and just necessities that you may want in your room I highly recommend the hotel when we go back to Madrid I will be staying there.

The big plus of this hotel is it's proximity to Charmatin. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but the building and hardware was showing it's age. Regardless, it was still a great hotel to stay at in between a flight and a train.
