Ottimo hotel e personale gentile.

Ottimo hotel sono davvero soddisfatto. Buona pulizia e personale molto cordiale e disponibile. L'hotel è situato in un luogo molto tranquillo benché al centro di Bagnaia e a circa 4 km da Viterbo facilmente raggiungibile mediante viale Fiume e viale Trieste. L'unico problema riscontrato è stato il fatto che avendo una bambina di 3 anni che dorme con noi, ho scelto una camera matrimoniale dal sito di Expedia che al momento aveva il prezzo più basso ed all'atto della prenotazione lo stesso riportava "1 letto matrimoniale - camera per 2 ospiti (fino a 1 bambino)". Per cui una volta nell'hotel, in camera, oltre al letto matrimoniale, vi era anche un lettino e pensando che un bambino fosse incluso, ho permesso a mia figlia, presa dall'entusiasmo della vacanza, più che di utilizzarlo per dormire a disfarlo visto che ci stava per non più di 20 minuti e poi, non essendo abituata, veniva a dormire tra me e mia moglie. Pertanto, a fine soggiorno, al momento del pagamento mi veniva chiesto da personale preposto alla reception, in maniera molto gentile, di pagare un supplemento per l'utilizzo del lettino che tuttavia, dopo aver mostrato il mio disappunto sempre in maniera gentile, lo stesso personale, immediatamente e senza alcuna esitazione, mi abbuonava quel supplemento riconoscendo addirittura dopo avergli spiegato le motivazioni del mio disappunto e verificato personalmente sul sito che effettivamente quella dicitura riportata, era molto ambigua.

in mancanza di altro

il personale (gestito da una famiglia ) e cordiale e disponibile. e una struttura datata , per cui non si puo chiedere il massimo comfort. la posizione e buona , a 4 km dal centro di viterbo. ho purtroppo trovato un po di disservizio, pero di questo ha la colpa anche trivago. per un fine settimana solo per dormire lo posso consigliare.

Alberghetto a pochi minuti da Viterbo

Accoglienza molto gentile in un albergo che mi è parso a gestione familiare. La stanza molto accogliente, non certo di lusso, ma non cercavo lusso. Molto silenzioso, il letto ad una piazza e mezza molto comodo. La TV un po' piccina. Se posso fare una critica: la coperta era pulita, ma presentava delle vecchie macchie che a qualcuno potrebbero infastidire. Ci tornerei.

Great surprise hideaway.

The most wonderful hospitality. Our hostess was attentive, kind and made our coffee with perfection. The breakfast was bountiful and fresh. The only downside was the small shower stall and tiny bathroom. Also, the TV wasn't worth watching as it was old small and far away. But Bagnaia isn't the place for TV watching anyways.

Cordialità familiare!

Abbiamo usufruito di una camera superior (recentemente rinnovata quindi) al secondo e ultimo piano, con balcone. Dotata di tutto e con un bagno nuovo e spazioso. Ottimo il riscaldamento degli ambienti. Colazione a buffet discretamente varia. Servizio buono e tanta cortesia. In conclusione: ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo se si ha bisogno di una base di partenza per visitare Viterbo e soprattutto i suoi dintorni.

Lovely quiet hotel, wine was fab, had the most amazing roast lamb in the resturant, great room, 2 min walk from Villa Lante. Small drive into Viterbo. Receptionist was incredibly helpful with menus and directions.

Molto cordiali e ambiente piacevole

Ho prenotato una camera singola ma ho ottenuto una doppia con bagno privato e l'atmosfera di "conduzione familiare" mi ha fatto molto piacere; il personale è stato davvero gentile a servirmi la colazione anche oltre l'orario prestabilito. Ho visitato Viterbo ed i paesini circostanti con la mia bicicletta : un po' scomodo poichè ogni volta al ritorno dovevo affrontare una lunga salita per arrivare al paesino di Bagnaia dove si trova l'hotel, ma fortunatamente mi hanno permesso di parcheggiarla internamente al sicuro ogni volta che tornavo.

Struttura decisamente ordinaria, bagno piccolissimo soprattutto se si considera che avevamo una camera quadrupla, biancheria pulita ma pulizia generale da migliorare (muffa in bagno e polvere sui mobili). Personale cortese. Prezzo assolutamente eccessivo sia per il pernottamento sia per la colazione (che non è inclusa ed è abbastanza modesta per i 6 euro richiesti)

Billligt och bra hotell nära Villa Lante

Hotell Biscetti är ett enkelt men bra hotell. Rummen har alla bekvämligheter, är rena och sängarna sköna. Hotellet ligger i den lilla orten Bagnaia som är mest känd för att Villa Lante, med sin kända 1500-talsträdgård, ligger här. Jag rekommenderar ett besök på restaurang Il Borgo som ligger vid torget. En mycket bra och genuin restaurang.

Se cercate una sistemazione senza eccessive pretese ma tranquilla e pulita questo è il posto giusto. La struttura non è recentissima in particolare negli arredi ma la stanza era grande e il bagno altrettanto. Pulito e decisamente in un quartiere tranquillo. Il personale molto gentile. Globalmente buon rapporto costo/qualità.
