Muito decepcionante, eles tiveram coragem de cobrar mais uma diária pois tivemos a necessidade de utilizar mais 5 horas no estabelecimento. Alegaram que a meia diária seria apenas de 4 horas, pois suas funcionárias de limpeza teriam que ir embora. Aí eu pergunto, pq eu tenho que pagar uma diária inteira, sendo que excedi apenas 5 horas ? Penso que, se o estabelecimento não tem capacidade de oferecer meia diária, eles não podem penalizar os hóspedes, simplesmente por não terem funcionários a disposição.
