I have asked for 1 double bed and got 2 twins bed together making one double. The towel was not changed looks to me that the cleaning ladies just fixed the bed every morning

After being bumped due to our flight being oversold, I needed to find a hotel nearby to VIX airport. Expedia listed this as 4 miles away and 8.6 out of 10 based on reviews. The hotel was actually 11 miles away and was a motel 6 in a very bad area. Panhandlers, drunks nearby under the overpass. The worst part was the noise at nighttime from the street. The room offered poor sound insulation. We only stayed for one night, then checked out. Expedia rating system let me down on this one.

equipe super atenciosa e educada, e, sempre prestimosa, porém em relação aos aposentos, foi uma decepção. Agua vazando para fora do box, colchão cheio de ondas como se as molas estivessem saltando para fora. Observa-se por grande parte das instalações a ausencia de manutenção.

Excelente hotel

Excelente hotel. Atendimento impecável, flexibilidade no check-in, café da manhã completo, quarto confortável, limpo, ótima localização. Nossa viagem foi para participar da corrida 10 milhas Garoto, o hotel disponibilizou condução para levar e buscar os hóspedes que participaram da corrida e foi muito bom porque seria difícil solicitar tranposte no horário do evento.

Infelizmente fiquei somente dois dias... Comércios variados ao redor; acesso fácil ao Convento da Penha que tem uma paisagem belíssima; também à fábrica e museu de chocolate Garoto. A praia é linda!!!! Tentarei voltar e ficar mais dias para aproveitar tudo!!

A melhorar

Hotel com alguns pontos a serem melhorados, como infraestrutura, por exemplo, pelo valor esperava uma infraestrutura no mínimo ok, me deparei com paredes em alguns pontos sem tinta e vaso sanitário vazando água pelo banheiro. Notei também lençois e toalhas manchadas, o que dá a sensação de desleixo por parte do cliente.
