A somewhat big area, poorly maintained, my chalet was in bad shape, small and built with inferior material (Have photos to prove). On top of all that, it costs more in dollars than a good Disney Hotel such as Dolphin for example. This is a typical trap for uninformed tourist such as me. That being said, the region is amazing, full of nice places to stay and good food. Just avoid this place and you will be good to go.

So we went here for a getaway during our stay in Brazil. When we arrived found out that no one speaks english which website makes it sound like there is staff thag does. The room we booked was also right above the kids center which was very loud even till 10pm. It was also the off season so there was an incredible amount of construction going on around during the day right close to our room. The staff was excellent though. Very helpful and accommodating. The food was much the same each day. This place is great for families with young kids.

Excelente opção de descanso e lazer oara a família

O hotel nos surpreendeu positivamente! Tudo muito limpo, organizado, funcionários simpáticos, comida gostosa! Reposição do buffet até o final das refeições. Atividades disponíveis compatíveis com o valor da estadia. Adoramos e voltaremos! Única questão é a repetição do buffet no café da manhã e da tarde, poderia diversificar mais ao longo dos dias.

Foi ótimo! As fotos não dão a dimensão da pousada nem Mostram todas as atrações. Estrutura ótima principalmente para crianças.. muitas programações e muitas atividades para lazer. Comida boa, grande variedade e de ótima qualidade. Garçons solissitos com destaque para a Iane, do bar, que eh um show de educação e simpatia. Pode melhorar um pouco quanto a acessibilidade principalmente para quem está de carrinho de bebês mas nada que prejudique a minha avaliação quanto a estadia como um todo!

O Hotel Fazenda é realmente muito bonito. Chalé razoável, ficava bem distante do Restaurante, só conseguíamos acessar de carro devido a distância. Não fomos previamente informados sobre isso. A comida espetacular. O preço das bebidas não alcoólicas são OK. Bebida alcoólica prepare o bolso. Lanches, picolés e doces também, caríssimos.

Ótimo hotel

O quarto em que ficamos estava muito limpo, cama confortável, chuveiro muito bom. Café da manhã, almoço e jantar maravilhosos. Tantas opções de pratos e nunca os mesmos, sempre inovaram no cardápio. Tudo uma delícia! Único ponto negativo, é que o Wi-Fi não funcionou no nosso quarto em nenhum momento. Tivemos que usar o 4 g da operadora durante toda a estadia e tv do nosso quarto estava pegando apenas um canal, mas não foi nada que atrapalhou. Tirando isso, tudo perfeito. Com certeza voltaremos
