Okay rooms and beautiful pool area!

This hotel is okay - not great but not bad either. The room was a bit dirty in the corners but there is a mini fridge in the room + a lovely pool, hottub and sauna - which is a nice and beautiful area.

Dirty and outdated hotel

The hotel was outdated and ready for a big renovation. The rooms were not cleaned properly as dust was visible on the sticky light switches and hair dryer. Also the head board had disgusting stains on them and we cleaned it ourselves before going into bed. They really have to do a more thorough job on the cleaning. During the two nights we stayed, a dog could be heard barking all night long. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Pool area was good. Definitely not worth 4 stars.

Normally a pleasant time capsule in the woods but this visit I received no housekeeping for 4 days. I complained on day 2 and day 4 but just got offered to collect more towels. Never a manager or housekeeping available to discuss.

Very outdated hotel. The room was not clean. Especially the pillow was extremely dirty with hair, dust and black specks on it. Luckily there was a pillow in the closet, so I used that one. When I told about the pillow at check-out, the receptionist said they would swap it out. Hopefully they do that every time? No apologies were given. Also the keycard wasn’t working on some doors like the pool and dressing rooms. O had to ask to get it activated. All and all not a great experience.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zimmer sind gut gestaltet und haben alles was man braucht. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In Sachen Wellness ist dort alles was man sich vorstellen kann, über ein sehr umfangreiches Fitnessstudio bis hin zum kleinen Schwimmbecken (ca. 10m) inkl. Sauna und einem extra Saunabereich gegen Gebühr. Angebund ist dort eine Physio, Massage, Maniküre und Pediküre etc.. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist Recht umfangreich und schmackhaft.

Accueil très moyen pour cette hôtel déjà visité plusieurs fois qui est principalement intéressant pour son emplacement dans un cadre verdoyant et reposant. Malgré la rénovation de plusieurs chambres, la décoration commence à être suranné et demanderait un lifting. Très étrange de réserver une chambre à deux lits et de se retrouver avec une chambre mansardé avec un grand lit. Nous avons dû aller à la réception pour avoir une chambre à deux lits comme souhaité. Nous avons eu une chambre plus agréable mais les deux lits étaient collés en raison de tables de nuits imposantes et fixes. Le deuxième jour, le ménage n'a pas été effectué, ni les serviettes changés et les dosettes à café non renouvelés (seulement deux dosettes pour un séjour de deux nuits et deux personnes) surement une démanche écoresponsable que nous ne retrouvons pas dans le tarif !!!

La chambre était spacieuse mais il y avait de la poussière derrière les lits au sol. L’hôtel est pratique et fonctionnel, nous avons très apprécié l’espace piscine qui était récent, et le petit déjeuner très complet. Le personnel est aimable également .
