"En general, bien. Es verdad que nosotros fuimos los que nos tuvimos que poner en contacto con el hotel para poder saber qué habitación teníamos, cómo hacer el checkin, etc (porque es auto checkin). A parte de eso, lo demás todo bien. Teníamos una habitación cogida y nos dieron otra más grande porque la que cogimos de un inicio era más pequeño que lo que habíamos cogido. Se lo dijimos al dueño del hotel y en cuestión de 10-15’ nos cambió sin problemas. El desayuno, bastante completo, y bastante...

"A very nice traditional hotel. Rooms were clean and nice size. There is limited parking in front of hotel and parking on the adjacent street. Staff were courteous and attentive to service. A Kolin resident told me we were staying in the best hotel in Kolin. We were very satisifed with everything. Breakfast, included, was well appointed. Internet WIFI in the room worked perfect."

The room was pleasant but work was being done right outside my window so it was a bit noisy in the morning. The area is wonderful with excellent restaurants within minutes outside the entrance. "I booked their "luxury apartment". Unfortunately, I quickly realized that there wasn't much "luxury" about it after all. As soon as I stepped inside, there was a terrible smell throughout the apartment. (I found out that it was coming from the drain pipe in the shower). The air conditioning in the room was connected to a pipe system that ran through the bathroom, had collapsed, the bathroom door couldn't close completely. (So there was no privacy if there were several people in the room). There...
