"Bike weekend was very busy but the service was more then good just wonderful quick check in everyone was working at full speed you can say the managment knows what are they doing Room very clean and good size great location I highly recommend and I will be back for sure"

"Stayed for 5 days. The rooms were fine overall, but it’s definitely an older hotel. We were visiting during Bike Week, so there weren’t many hotel options available. Unfortunately, we had a major issue with the fire alarm in our room. On Saturday night, it started beeping in the middle of the night. We reported it at 5:00 AM and were told it would be fixed. When we returned later that evening, it was still beeping. Someone was sent up to fix it, and it stopped for a few hours — but then it started again in the middle of the night. This same situation continued for three days. Every day, I went down to the front desk to ask them to fix it. Each time, they would attempt a repair, it would stop briefly, and then start beeping again a few hours later. We endured two completely sleepless nights with a loud beep going off every single minute. On the third night, after we were at our breaking point, they finally offered to move us to another room — at 9:45 PM. To make matters worse, the desk clerk that evening acted as though we were a major inconvenience. She basically tossed the new room keys at me without so much as an apology. I understand things happen, especially during busy events, but three days of an unresolved fire alarm issue and the lack of customer service made this stay extremely frustrating."

"Did preregistration online. I had already paid for room. I got there, they claimed they needed the credit card that had already been charged. Also asked for vehicle info, which I had alert done online. Then, I was asked for $100 damage deposit!!! I’ve never paid a deposit. First room no hot water, second room no hot water. Daytona Bike week, every motel in city is full. They said they’d discount room. I didn’t have much choice. I went out for evening, came back, pulled sheets down. There’s a hole in mattress!!! Luckily I had 2 beds. In morning I went to see manager. She told me I’d get discount of 15%. Wow $10. Big deal. I got home and checked credit card, no discount yet, but a second hold for $100 deposit!! I would never stay here again!!!!!"

"The room smelt like marijuna. The bed was stiff. The overall room was built by the “landlord special”. It was more like a motel instead of hotel. "

"DO NOT under any circumstances stay at this hotel!! My family and I stayed here on the way to a cruise. My son left his AirPods in one of the rooms. We stopped and were told they weren’t there. I received a call later that the AirPods were found. After several calls and offering to pay to have them shipped they refused. I had a friend who was traveling in the area offer to stop. I called to communicate the date and name of the person stopping. I was told they would have them ready for me. When my friend stopped they didn’t have them. So I was either lied to about the lost item or they were stolen. It’s not about the price or the value of the item. It’s about the integrity of the staff and the lack of customer service. I refuse to stay at an establishment who isn’t trust worthy. Also, there is not corporate office. The hotel is privately owned and I wasn’t allowed to talk to a manager just the front staff. If I could give negative stars I would!!! Never stay here!!! "
