"The place was filthy. Sticky counters, hair, debris, and dirt on everything. Smudges and fingerprints on all of the mirrors. The dishes had old food on them. The place was disgusting. That was the first room. We told the staff and they gave us a new room. This room was even worse with the dirt and had blunt rappers, rust stains on the countertops, more hair, etc. we had to wear shoes inside because when we were walking around our feet turned black like PITCH BLACK in less than 10 minutes. We probably should have left and gone somewhere else but we were so exhausted. We didn’t get in until after 11 so we just sucked it up and slept. The view from the balcony was nice and the bed was comfortable. That’s about all that we liked about this place."

"The resort offered a decent overall experience, but there were a few noticeable drawbacks. Only two out of the four elevators were operational, which caused some inconvenience and wait time. Housekeeping service was inconsistent in quality, and the pool area could have been cleaner. Overall, the property would benefit from improved maintenance. "

"It’s a Best Western so we knew what we were getting for a short stay. However for the price and comfortable bed this hotel beat my expectations. Yes it’s a bit rough but for $100 next to the speedway it was a good deal."

"The shuttle was efficient. Short wait and short distance from airport. Runs 24/7. Desk staff friendly. Room was nice and clean other than only decaf coffee provided and no headboard, also smelled musty initially. View was parking lot. Pool was nice but hot tub was colder than pool. Have to pay for breakfast. No microwave in room."
