The check in was very easy. The staff members were all friendly and eager to help. Check out also easy. Loved the iPad in the room to work the lights and blinds. The location is very close to the train station which makes it very easy to get around Amsterdam!

Definitely a nice place to stay. They are not big on checking in early. I visited in mid-July. Even when I returned to check in after, I had to wait and was given a room next to the elevator which is not ideal since it gets loud. Room was very clean and comfortable with black out curtains. No view. Same for my friend who stayed on a different floor - same room, different side, no view but nice room. Staff were on and off. Some friendly, some awkward. I really liked the location. I don’t like to stay in central areas. I prefer off center in clean and less touristy but nice more local neighborhoods. Lovely neighborhood. Ubers and taxis did take a while the 3x I tried during the weekend.

Great historic building. The staff were excellent.

Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the room is very modern. An easy walk to city core. I would go back!

Tub was wonderful - this hotel is in the middle of many places - within 10 minute walk of Dam Square
