“This was the highlight of our stay in Portugal. The owners of the property (Marta and Iker) are fabulous hosts. They made us feel completely at home. As both of them have experience in the restaurant trade, breakfast (which is included) and snacks were exemplary. They make their own jams/preserves and will even cook you a three course meal if you wish. “If you’re driving watch out the hotel is easy to miss, it’s on your right hand side as you go up the steep narrow street. If possible turn into the side road just before the hotel and park near the junction. The hotel car park is not far from there. Lovely quiet situation but not far from the town centre. Nice room with comfortable bed. The staff are friendly and helpful.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful palace and it was truly great value for money. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, with daily cleaning service that made our stay even more comfortable. The location is stunning, surrounded by nature and peaceful countryside, with lovely farm animals adding to the charm. “Excellent hotel, great breakfast. Park in their garage for 7 E per night or free on the main street 5 min. away. Not much to see or do in Costs Nova but you are on the ocean and only 12 min away from Central Averio. If you think you can sit on the beach don't count on it; the winds are extremely strong most of the time. Still , it's a great spot to stay and get away from the bustle of the city which has plenty of parking, most of it free. Beds in this hotel are descent.”
