My only criticism would be poor service in restaurant and bar - one server was ridiculous . He did his best but ended up going to our room with a bottle from the kiosk because we couldn’t wait any longer . We waited over 25 min to try to order dessert and gave up. "This was a great location and very walkable to Old Town and across from the Limmat River. We stayed in the renovated part of the hotel and it was lovely.
