At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

"We had a lovely weekend stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable-perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cosy and the whole place had a fresh, welcoming feel. The only small thing we noticed was that there weren’t many mirrors, which would have been handy-but that didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Would definitely stay again! "

"Water pressure problems throughout our stay. Hit water coming through both cold and hot taps. We had no shower for the duration of our stay. Kitchen sink has no hot water so we had to wash the dishes with cold water. Boiler noisy and once it was on, the leak was coming through the ceiling. We had switched the boiler off on the last night of the stay due to the noise and the safety concern due to the extreme not water running from both hot and cold taps in the bathroom. "Lovely hotel, and a good price for the facilities. There was a wedding in the hotel, and I am pleased to say the late night music didnt travel. Good breakfast selection, being constantly replenished including GF options. Very handy as a stop off on the way to France. £6 overnight parking charge, but was very secure. I would stay here again"

"I've had a very pleasant day the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast and evening meal in the hotel with just what I wanted great choice nothing was overdone cooking wise. The location for the hotel with just what I needed short walk from the town. Hotel does have entertainment in the evenings and it's great to hear a good singer. Many times before and we'll definitely stay there again."
