Very cool and unique property very convenient to Little Petra. Nice place to stay but what really makes this special are the staff. In particular Breed was extremely kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. The chef here also prepares some of the best local Jordanian/Middle Eastern food you'll ever taste. Great experience that we would repeat.

The hotel location is good, the view are fantastic. They provide the excellent dinner and breakfast buffets. The jacuzzi was good when you relax after long day and watch the sunset.

We had a great stay at the Petra Bubble hotel. They messaged me just before arrival which was really reassuring. The service was very good. And the location and views were unbeatable. This is a good location to Petra while also being a fun experience.

The hotel is in an amazing location looking the valley and just a 17min drive from Petra’s main entrance. The staff as amazing, very friendly and helpful. Our bubble’s amenities were amazing, the jacuzzi after a long day hiking was amazing. Both the breakfast and dinner included were amazing, and they even gave us lunchboxes for our drive on our last day!

It is a nice experience and staff is very nice and helpful. However for the price paid I would have expected jacuzzi water to be actually hot and have hot water in the shower. Could also improve food taste we had a burger for lunch and it was too dry.

Good and not so good.

Like other reviews, I have to say that the hotel has amazing views and is a great experience sleeping under the stars. The food was very good and the service excellent. My husband was ill and they took him tea, soup etc. called him to see if he needed anything. The staff was wonderful Unfortunately the accommodations could be improved , even with some small fixes. We did have hand or face towels, nor a bath mat for the shower. The robes appeared old and did not have belts making them difficult to wear. Generally the room construction and finishing was shoddy and could be improved. Minor fixes would change a good experience to a wonderful one.

Overpriced hotel and overrated experience

Absolutely awful value-for-money. The rooms are old and badly maintained, with water damaged flooring, wobbly bathroom fixtures and zero working jacuzzi controls. The jacuzzi, though ready when we arrived, had to be 'activated' again on request the next morning. The breakfast was ok but lacked variety and all hot drinks were from a distributor! The view from the room is beautiful (though a bit obstructed depending on the room you get). I suppose one's experience at the property would have been superb when the hotel was new, but it is now badly in need of renovation. On a side note, the bubble experience (not just at this hotel) has a catch: the constant noise of the air pumps which maintain the bubble's structure. It was excrutiating for me and hardly had any rest.

We loved our stay here! The bubble domes had excellent views of the surrounding area and they were so comfortable. We loved watching the stars from the dome and using the private hot tubs. The hotel staff was super helpful and friendly. I wish we stayed here longer than 1 night!!

We enjoyed the Bubble room/suite experience, with all regular room amenities, and we liked the private jacuzzi. We felt welcomed in this beautiful site and we were cared for nicely by the manager and the staff (I was sick and they brought tea with honey and ginger free of charge, a nice attention)

Really unique experience. Highly recommend— loved the private jacuzzi with a gorgeous sunset view. Food was delicious and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Very close to Little Petra and main Petra site, as well. Easy parking. We slept so well in our bubble and enjoyed all the comforts of our bubble.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations, really. First of all, its located in the middle of a desert, so you automatically expect amenities to be lower. I was wrong everytime!
