We stayed here one night with our grandchildren and the thing that we liked the most was that the kids were in a separate bedroom to us and could do their own thing with their iPads etc without being too loud. The kids also enjoyed the pool and although it would have been too cold for most adults the kids loved it. The only negative was that the bathroom had a terrible stale/septic smell to it and although we used plenty of water in the pipes, the smell did not disappear. It was good value for money.

Located on the edge of an industrial estate. Room was a pleasant suprise, renovated very nicely and quite large. Staff were very friendly and informative. Unfortunately it was extremely noisy with the rattling A/C and trucks passing at all hours and the mattress thin and lumpy with both of us rolling into the middle all night. A real shame as the property is clean and well kept but we got no sleep at all.

Our room has no interent as it was advertised, cushions had stains, no globe on one bedside lamb, u cant lock the back door, the family room where the kids stayed smells as if there was a problem with toilet, so the kids kept that door shut at all times, fridge didnt work in there they had to come and use our fridge. Food was great

We were a family of 4 staying over for one night during our road trip from Melbourne to Gold Coast. The place was spacious and the beds were comfortable. There weren’t many places to have dinner but just for one night, it was adequate. Parking was very convenient as it was directly outside our room. The new General Manager Nigel was very helpful and friendly. Nice green grassland on one side of the room. Good experience overall.

Good for what I needed

Did the job for an overnight stop on a road trip. Arrived late at night, there was no reception but they directed us to where we could find the keys when I called. Clean room, well equipped with tea/coffee, fridge etc. lacked information regarding WiFi, hotel information and the sound proofing is pretty non existent we could hear everyone leaving at 6am like they were in our room

Room was fine, clean and perfect for a family of 4. Problems occurred for breakfast, being told the kitchen would be open and ready for 7:30am we paid for it. We got up and packed and headed to the restaurant for 7:30, but everything was still locked up. We were on a tight timeline, so at 7:45 we rang the manager and left a message. 5min later they were down, but it was evident that the kitchen and setup hadn't started and that it would be a while before anything was being served. We left without taking up the breakfast we paid for just after 8am.
