"The hotel is in a great location and has walking distance to some really good restaurants and a fun bowling alley/arcade. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. Joanna at the front desk was very welcoming and Adonny did so well preparing the breakfast and keeping the food hot and everything restocked and clean. However it would've been nice to change the menu up and not the same breakfast everyday. The hotel was clean and rooms well kept and maintained. I would stay here again. *** fyi there is a $6 a night parking fee"

"Wonderful property! We stayed here while visiting DC and the surrounding areas. It was close to everything (minus traffic lol) and was a great stay. The staff was so nice and helpful, the beds and pillows were actually comfortable (and I’m picky), and everything was in good condition and kept clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Just a PS: you do have to pay extra for parking. We didn’t mind, because we were aware that this was the case EVERYWHERE in this area, but just be aware it isn’t included in the booking price."

"The bathroom was dirty, the pillow cases were dirty, there was a cigarette ash on the carpet and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. We checked in, found the room in this condition and asked for a new room. They did not have a new room so we had to leave and check in to a different hotel. I’m trying to get Expedia to refund my money but the hotel is not cooperating. "
