Gorgeous beach, worth the drive. Waves and current are a little rough but the black pebbles feel nice under your feet. Don't take any of the black sand or rocks home unless you want to upset Pele though 💖

Beautiful views of the Pacific, natural arches, a blowhole, and a black sand beach... it’s a must-do on the Road to Hana.

Not all the beaches have white/yellow sand. There are spectacular black beaches at least in Hawaii and Iceland.
