"Highly recommend. This hotel was beautiful and everything about it was picture perfect. The rooms and vicinity were clean, spotless and smelled fresh and new. They had an onsen or hot bath which was the perfect way to start and end the day. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and had so many selections of hot/cold variety, it was so good. The staff and customer service were beyond my expectation, they were extremely helpful and friendly. The amenities were awesome, and they provided all toiletries and essentials. If there was one place I’d stay over and over again this would be it! I would highly recommend to stay here. The location is conveniently next to the train and so close to Tokyo Bay, Disneyland and the city! This hotel had everything and more than I expected. What a great find and reasonably priced at the time of booking. If I had known that this place was immaculately clean and conveniently located I would’ve extended my stay much longer if I could. I definitely recommend and will return here on my next trip. This hotel was just beautiful!!"

"I booked the Tokyo East Side Hotel Kaie very last minute because I had cancelled another hotel after reading some not-so-great reviews. Tokyo East Side Hotel Kaie was amazing. They room we had (Hollywood Twin) was very spacious and clean. The staff was extremely friendly whenever we needed them and the location of the hotel was very convenient (mere steps from Shiomi station). Our room faced the train station and we very rarely heard the trains or our neighbors. The insulation between rooms and from the outside is legit because we always felt peaceful in our room and did not feel bothered by the noises of outside or others. The bathroom is spacious compared to what we have experienced in Japan before. However, be aware that the toilet and sink/shower are in two separate rooms. We liked this for sanitation purposes, but realize that this may surprise others. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the room cleaning system they employ. As a heads up, the beds are on the firm side and the pillows are not very plush, so be aware of that if that's something you prefer or may need."
