The accommodation is close to Wakayama train station, with offsite car parks. The staff was friendly. There's a convenience store downstairs, and many dining options and department stores nearby. The room was spacious and clean, however, the conditions of the A/C and the cleanliness of the bidet have room for improvement. The breakfast provided is good and tasty. Caffe & Restaurant Grandeスタッフの教育をお願いします。

朝食付きを選択しましたが、朝食ビュッフェは値段相応でした。 一部のスタッフですが、料理があるので見てまわるのは良いと思いますが、それとなく見るのではなく、ずっと睨んでるのと言うぐらい人をガン見でした！これはありえません。 これから再度泊まったとしても朝食なしのプランを選びます。

Hôtel à 2 minutes de la sortie Est de la gare JR de Wakayama Chambre spacieuse mais la climatisation ne fonctionne quasiment pas et l’eau chaude de la douche prend du temps à arriver Le petit déjeuner à 900 yen est très bien

部屋に謎のモーター音がしていたが、風呂場の換気扇だった。壁側のベッドだと響く。 朝食は600→900円に値上がりするそうだが、パンがロールパン一択で不満。鯖、卵、煮物、味噌汁、カレー、納豆など、米派には良いかも。 連泊で掃除やアメニティを追加しなければドリンクサービスが付きます。

部屋にインスタントコーヒーがく、フロント横の無料のコーヒーを利用しようとするもなかった為、直接スタッフに聞くとないと言われました。受付時カードキーの説明のみで他の案内はなにもなかったです。 暖房のききが悪いのと寝ていると直接風が当たる為夜中何度も目覚めました。 加湿器も小さなもので部屋のサイズにあってない気がします（音もうるさめでした）
