โAbsolutely brilliant from start to finish. Staff amazing nothing too much trouble. Had booked twin but got double, they sorted quickly and gave voucher for free drink for inconvenience. โLaura at the desk was so friendly and helpful, she provided all relevant information and made us feel really welcome, our apartment was spacious and very clean, and suited our needs well.
Feedback: the bed in the master room was very comfortable but sooo high I had to literally jump onto it and slide off, I am of average height, and the taps in the showers were really stiff and hard to use, apart from that everything else was great. โ
