"The welcome from the front desk was lovely. Very accommodating and got our room ready for us early, which was lovely. Nikki at the front desk was AMAZING and so helpful! The rooms are massive and have lots of space, but dated. The bathroom is interesting, but works! The location is amazing. "

"Did not let you check-in until dead on 3pm.
This resulted in a huge queue at reception and self service kiosks did not work.
Actually felt really sorry for the reception staff who were under a lot of pressure."
"Very close to toen snd station property old but clean and unique in all excellant although restaurant was rather busy for breakfast and queues but great will stay again "
"Prior to checking in, the resident hotel offered an upgrade option, which I took advantage of due to the amazing price. I am so thankful for the upgrade as it gave my party of three ample space to share one room with essentially two sections and two separate beds. My family and I felt very safe as there was additional security past a certain time at night which required all patrons show their room keys and verify their names. I would stay here again on my next trip to Liverpool and I highly recommend this hotel."
"Lovely staff. Very friendly and go out of their way to help. Building itself really nice. Room fantastic. Really comfy bed. Gorgeous shower. I would have liked conditioner in the shower though."
