"the staff were always helpful. Breakfast was pretty good with good coffee and 1/2 and 1/2, and hazelnut syrup. Need a microwave at breakfast to warm pastries and melt cheese and butter on food. rock hard butter not appreciated."

"It's a nice place and the staff was very courteous. The bag contentinal breakfasts were a nice touch. And I liked that there is a reserved parking spot in front of each room. The property is dated, but well cared for. I think my only issue was the noise level of the air conditioner and refrigerator. I had to unplug them both at night so I could sleep."

"Room was hot and stuffy. AC would turn on but it never really cooled down. Pool was soooo crowded with young kids playing football. Other guests and babies kept getting with with the ball. No parent supervision. Breakfast was just ok. Nothing really great, just so so muffins and eggs."

"I bought a bottle of wine but had to drink it from a plastic cup maybe supplying a glass that someone can bye would be helpful also I was not aware that you had no elevator had I known that I would have requested it downstairs room as it worked out very nice gentleman helped me up and down. Overall I would stay there again"

"If you have any form of allergies, call well in advance and ask for no room spray - this might help? I got feather free pillows but in exchange an overpowering lavender room spray that even bothered my non-allergic friend. That said, the pool and room were nice otherwise. And the breakfast did have hot foods and gluten free options."

"Nice hotel! Very friendly front desk staff and managers. My family really enjoyed the stay here. It is a GREAT location if you want to be very close to the beautiful historic downtown, about 1-2 blocks away. Nature + Prescott College are also very close. You can't beat the location. Rooms sizes are good, beds are comfortable and clean. A couple of minor details: there were some small stains along the bathroom sink area. I saw toothpaste / saliva stains along the wall. A wipe down would be good. Also, we had a nice view of the mountains. But the window was smudged quite a bit on the inside. Looks like someone ran out of time, quickly wiped it for 5 seconds. The breakfast was good, but there was no meat on a Friday. They did have it on Saturday. Not sure if it is random or only provided on weekends. Finally, parking should be included. Who doesn't drive to the hotel? It would be a nice touch to include it. But I realize "they (hotels) all do it". Nonetheless, we would use this hotel again. And I gave perfect marks for everything. I'm just nitpicking 🙂"
