"Room 105 handicap room smelled like Urine bad! Manager stated it was from a sauna/pool however she was very nice tried to accomodate and did her best. The next room not a king but two doubled beds Rm 315 no roll in shower but a Tub with pull doen seat. The handicap seat was broken on wall again manager apologized however they couldn't find handicap chair so they tried giving a plastic pinic chair that wouldnt fit in tub nor was it a safe solution. I opted for hanging unto handrails on one leg...
