"Everything was exceptional EXCEPT the bed was like lying in a bed and bricks!! Could not sleep the whole first night. The hotel guests could also benefit from a drink vending machine or small storefront. "

"Clean and comfy rooms. Not a fan of having to pay a resort fee when I don't use any of those amenities. There really needs to be an option to opt out of amenities so I'm not paying extra for things we're not using. "

"If there was a rating of beyond excellent I would have chosen this option! This property is WONDERFUL!!! Staff is kind and helpful, property and buildings are clean, location is so convenient to everything ! This property has indoor pool, outdoor pools, pool side bar, pizza place, sauna, hot tub- did I mention some of the pools are heated ?! There is a pinball arcade , video arcade, places for kids to print game controllers and play video games, tennis, mini golf, giant chess, pool, air hockey, a lego brick room, giant chess, projector games, a movie theater , AND scheduled activities like cheese making , campfire ghost stories and so much more ! Did I ALSO mention that all the activities are FREE !!!! My 10 year old and 6 year old say that this property is BETTER THAN GREAT WOLF LODGE! They now want to come here instead of go there ! There are so many things that I know I’m missing to add in this review! There are even grills for cooking out if you choose ! Sherri in the activity center was super helpful and informative about the amenities and a pleasure to talk to - my family did NOT want to leave. We will definitely staying here again - more than likely we will be coming to the area JUST to stay here again! I highly recommend this property !! "

"The rooms were clean, and the layout of the resort is really nice. The front desk staff and concierge have excellent customer service skills. We ran into a situation at the resort that left my family with no water pressure which became an inconvenience for approximately 12 hours. Overall, I would recommend."
