The overall room and staff were excellent. I understand the winter strom can effect some activities. Only thing that really bother us was that there was no more treating of the sidewalks. When we checked in the ice melt was down and when we checked out it was all iced over and nothing else had been done since Saturday.

The few days we spent there were great. You are extremely close to almost everything Williamsburg had to offer. We felt safe and secure while on property. Great stay!!

Fantastic time had by all!! So many amenities for the kids and in a great location. It was only 10-15 minutes from the parks (Busch Gardens & Water Country). I would definitely recommend to someone traveling to the area with young children.

We had a great experience at Kingsgate, it was awesome to have the extra space, washer and dryer, and kitchen. We arrived earlier then expected and they were able to accommodate us with an early check in so we could start our vacation off right away. Great property and everyone was so friendly.
