"We really enjoyed our stay at Holly Lodge. Our room was lovely, and it was clean and comfortable. It was great having air con in the room. Breakfast was also great. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we’re in the area."

"All areas very clean and tidy, lovely comfy bed with new cotton linens and towels. We stayed in room 8, perfectly clean and comfortable, rooftop view of next-door along with pigeons but that can't be helped, bit of a steep stair climb to top floor, but ok for us, good selection for continental breakfast, perfect location and parking opposite to explore wells, we stayed the 1 night but would stay again if exploring other locations nearby"

"Robbie super helpful and friendly ( Batman/ waiter everywhere)
Great location on The Rebellion Way cycle , cool room in the heat and very good food - beyond normal pub food
We left very early and they made a breakfast to go for us, which was really appreciated
Really enjoyable stay"

"This is a great venue if you wish to be off grid lifestyle. For us it didn’t quite meet our needs as our dog couldn’t manage the staircase & although we thought we had a shower and separate bathroom we only had a bath.
Hot water is at a premium here we found & lacking in water pressure. But truly a great venue if you wish to unplug, & chill.
One recommendation I would make, to help dogs relax. Is to the make the gardens private with privacy screens. The dog next door was barky & uneasy...

"I really enjoyed my stay at this establishment, everything was just how you would want it.
Very helpful staff at check in, lovely room with a seaview, comfy bed, great shower.
Breakfast was lovely, as was the lady serving it. I was checked out by one of the owners, who was very friendly and helpful.
So I can highly recommend The Two Lifeboats!"

"We enjoyed our stay at The Feathers, and would certainly recommend it.
The was clean, the food was delicious, particularly the breakfasts and the staff were friendly.
When booking the room, the Hotels.com website showed it as not providing towels, but it did, and I advised management, so hopefully that has been corrected.
The only negative point which will likely be standard across most Hotels this time of year, is the radiators in the bathroom weren’t on, so there was nothing to dry our wet beach clothes etc. on.
Apart from that it was thoroughly enjoyable."
"The room was good with everything you would expect including wardrobe and draws, the TV was very small though.
The prices for food did not match the online menu and where slightly higher and it did not make clear that the breakfast was a buffet type. The food was good."
"Place was immaculate.
View of the fields was great. Local to where we needed to go and also very close to Swaffham town centre.
Parking spaces clearly marked."
"As a disabled driver there could be more disabled parking spaces , and the e v charging spaces where not marked for charging only as people where using them to park and not using e v chargers."
"Our three night stay at The Maltings was completely excellent - the location is superb, the hotel is spacious and very well appointed with a well stocked traditional bar and numerous seating areas. The Grainstore is the hotels restaurant and it is delightful - all staff were very friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble, we ate there on two of our evenings, the food was of very high quality and delicious. The Maltings is definitely a hotel we'll make return visits to!"
