“On Saturday at 2 in the afternoon we were told we would be moved to a different location. Which is late notice but understandable due to a broken bed. However once we arrived at the new location we were appalled. Initially the front door had been kicked in. Then we made it to the bedroom where bedding was dirty and clearly hadn’t been changed since last used. It was also falling apart. The bathroom had sticky stains on the floor alongside mould in the shower, tap and window. The mould...

“The listing description and how the place actually is don’t match up. The room I booked was to have a king size bed, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash. However when I arrived the bed was a full size. There was no hair dryer, or shower supplies. They provide one body towel per person but no hand towels or wash cloths. There were bugs in the room, a hole in the wall filled with a sponge. The room ran out of toilet paper and the owners were unable to provide anymore as they were not on property....

“Walking into our room and there were crates of beers all over the room, old coffee cups, rubbish bags on the floor. Music blaring from the room next to it. Couldn't get hold of anyone to begin with even though its meant to be 24/7, eventually moved room and that was just as bad, floor doesn't look like its ever been cleaned, hair and pubic hair all over the bed, again so noisy, can hear everything from above and joining room. Basically in the middle of know where, closest tube is 45 minute...
