Staff very helpful. Parking laborious and not suitable for accessibility. Especially if on wheels as several curbs without drops in them. Toilet facilities at check-in are poor and through heavy doors. (Resulting in mishap) Room very clean, amazing bathroom. Totally accessible. No noise overnight. Breakfast surpassed expectations. Room was very clean. A big undertaking considering the building works outside. (There was a chute right outside my window. Brick and muck on the window sill outside). A very big well done to the Cleaner!! Your Reception Team were charming, friendly and very helpful. Always smiling. Excellent!! Breakfast, which was included, was very good, except the sausages - very poor quality. I would definitely stay there again.
