“Arrived at the hotel at 1:30pm as checkin was not until 3pm we sat in the bar and waited. Looking around the staff seemed flustered, stressed and any requests felt like a bit too much trouble. At 3pm went to check in and was told the room was still not ready. Only then were we allowed to use the facilities I.e outdoor pool.(would it have been too much trouble to offer this at 1:30pm?) we were told they would find us when the room was ready. At 6pm still no sign of staff so went to reception...

“The hotel is located pretty close to the Heathrow’s airport, less than 25 minutes using public transportation. The room was very clean, the bathroom spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows are good too. The breakfast offered is very good with a good selection. Not too many close restaurants. Only two.”

“Amazing property, great access to train station, eateries, Windsor castle and everything Windsor has to offer. Rooms were a great size with good amenities. No lift but the stairs were not a problem even on the top floor.”

“The staff is wonderful the food and the bar was great. The only problem is the property is old. It is 11 century. It was cold in our room. We had to get an extra heater, but the Inn provided that and there was an issue with the water, we had no hot water one day. But again it’s 11 century Inn, I think it’s great for a night or two, but we stayed four nights, probably won’t do that again only because of the age, TV also was not working properly.
