“Lovely, cosy, quirky little place in a very quiet part of town. It has everything I needed for my stay. Only stayed 1 night for work purposes but wanted to stay longer. Rod was very welcoming and throughly nice chap.”

There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. ”

“They send you an email with information needed for checking in. Mine went to spam and took me a long time to locate the property then I had to call two different numbers to complete the process and finally gain access to the room. The outside didn’t look nice but once inside the place was very nice and clean. It has everything you need. We enjoyed the balcony, and they also have a little washer that was life saver. In general we had a great time and felt happy with the place, I must notice...
