“객실은 여관 수준, 문을 열고 깜놀, 그러나 무료 와이파이 짱짱(프리미어 인 객실은 1일 무료 30분, 식당은 완전 무료였음). TV, 냉장고, 다리미 있음. 화장실, 샤워실 노굿. 아침식사 대륙식 맛나게 먹었음. 직원들 무지 친절함. 동네가 바닷가 옛날 주택단지라 방이 크지않음. 신식으로 지은 호텔은 비쌈. 해변 접근이 용이함. 도보 10분에 사우스엔드 중심상가, 전철역”

“Absolutely lovely little spa hotel, staff are friendly and attentive and the brought-to-room breakfast is lovely, room was clean, warm and modern with great tea and coffee facilities, nearby to lots of cute attractions and easy to access, you can even book treatments last minute at the spa, would certainly book again especially for the fair room and treatment pricing ”

“Just returned from an excellent stay at the Beaches Guesthouse and would definitely return. Warm welcome and friendly service from Jo and Buzz throughout our stay. Room 10 was spacious, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, and featured a good sized ensuite. The room could be improved by replacing the blind such that it blocks out all light in the mornings. Breakfast was included with a range of cereals, etc. on offer and a cooked breakfast which extended to things like Eggs Benedict, Salmon,...

“The owner of The Lodge was very welcoming providing me with good information on how to find the place. My room was well equipped with TV, Fridge and Kettle plus storage for clothing if I needed to use it. The site also has ample parking. Although miles from other places, it's a quiet location and quite a hidden gem. It doesn't take long to get back to the Chatham area.”
