Kathy greeted us and showed us to our gorgeous and very large room. Everything we needed was there and was all presented in spotless condition. “Great location for harbour, beach, shopping, buses etc. Free off street parking. Clean room and bathroom. Room with fridge, tea and coffe and tv, comfortable bed with sheet as well as duvet which was welcomed, and had fan in room. Breakfast was really excellent, lots of choice cereal fresh fruit yogurt breads plus cooked or continental. Chris and Jackie very welcoming and went out of their way to help us. Would recommend.”
