"The hotel was clean & staff were friendly & very helpful. I had to go in to ask about entry to the carpark which wasn't an issue & there was plenty of parking spaces. We paid for the breakfast which was continental This is not a criticism, but It would have been nice to have the food available replenished more often. The bread on offer was delicious I recommend staying & we would stay again "

"Such an idyllic and beautiful place surrounded by stunning lakes and lush forests. It was truly a beautiful one night stay that I wish could’ve lasted longer. We will surely be back for a longer stay as there was so much that myself and my son (8) wanted to do like paddle boarding, pedal boats and horse riding too! "The service was excellent and welcoming. The room was clean the breakfast was very good. "

"Parking was really safe, weird hours for reception opening and closing and it was a little tricky to get in once the reception is closed. Good for a journey south as a quick stop over. Halls smelt of damp but the rooms were clean and nice. No option for a evening meal and bar service closed at 8pm, but some nice options in walking distance. I would bring essentials e.g snacks and drinks with you."

Couldn't believe how close to the Christmas market we were, literally on the doorstep. The cathedral is close too, so beautiful. Highly recommend staying here "
