"I had a nice stay here overall. The hotel has more of a charming bed-and-breakfast feel, which I liked. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and my room was spacious with a comfortable bed and cute bathroom.
I loved the robes and towels—they were so comfortable! Free parking was a big plus, and the hotel is close to the beach with restaurants within walking distance. Having a restaurant and bar on-site was convenient too.
A few things were disappointing. The outlet for the towel warmer and blow dryer didn't work, and neither did the fireplace. The cloth shower curtain would occasionally stick to you, which was annoying. The rug in the room had some stains, so I was glad I brought slippers. The robes were a nice touch, but slippers would have been a nice addition.
My room faced the main road and the public parking lot, so I kept the shades closed for privacy. It was also above the restaurant, and the music was pretty loud at times. It didn't bother me much since I'm not a light sleeper, but it's worth knowing if you are. There is also no elevator, which could be inconvenient with heavy luggage.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The location, free parking, friendly staff, and comfortable room were all positives."
