"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

On my second night I discovered there is accommodation in the attic with bare floor boards- I had a rather noisy person above me! "The new owners have only been there since March 2024 so any previous reviews are for others and not relevant. Customer service was second to none and couldn't have been better. "Room was basic but comfortable. Room had tea/coffee making facilities and small TV. Small wardrobe and sink. My room didn't have a bathroom but two on landing. One with shower and one with bath/shower. Soap and towels provided. Good view with plenty of greenery piece and quiet. Tasty breakfast. Everything was nice and clean. "Easy check in experience, rooms and bathroom were clean. Very close to the terminals and a good quiet nights sleep. Parking was a surcharge of £25 a night. So bear this in mind if you’ve booked into Manchester airport parking as it might be cheaper to adjust the days in the airport parking. "
