Good basic one star hotel. Close to main railway station, main tram lines and other amenities. Helpful staff. Bedroom and ensuite bathroom were just about big enough for one person. It would have been a squeeze if two people were sharing the double bed and shelf space. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was cheap and adequate. Some items were poor , eg watery porridge, but there was sufficient choice for the low price (41 zloty).

My husband stayed for one night on our way out if Poland flying out of Warsaw. Room was good for the one night but is tiny. We are both smaller people and we definitely struggled getting another in the room/bathroom

Clean and functional room, everything working as it should but poor view into other high-rise buildings. Staff were efficient and fairly friendly and buffet breakfast was really enjoyable. Would stay again and recommend as a budget-friendly option next to the main train station.

I have no major issues with the hotel and the staff as they were friendly and accommodating. The reason for my poor review is the lack of air conditioning or a fan to move the hot air in the room. There was no water in the room, no hand soap

After a difficult night, I truly appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and its location is very convenient. I am very satisfied with my stay and would like to thank the entire team for their hospitality. I will definitely choose Premiere Classe Warszawa Centrum again during my future visits to Warsaw and will gladly recommend this hotel to other travelers. Thank you for the excellent service. I have no major issues with the hotel and staff as they were friendly and accomodating. The reason for my poor review is lack of air conditioning or even fan to move the hot air in the room. I had a sleepless night before long haul flight so not happy with that. Even bigger concern is how elderly people deal with that heat as this conditions could be very dangerous for them. Managment needs to look into it as it was not hotel room but sauna. Thanks

The rooms were tidy but cramped for space. If the bathroom door is open, the exit is inaccessible. It was good for one-night stays. The service desk is outstanding, friendly and warm. I cannot say enough about them. The restaurant was also terrific.

The hotel is fine, but the rooms are teeny tiny. They don’t have AC which is fine for the area but the windows only open a little and the rooms are stifling. MUCH hotter inside than out, we barely slept it was so hot.
