Apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji. Bardzo czysty i zadbany. Z racji niedużego obłożenia dostaliśmy większy pokój z co wielki plus. 👍

Great stay!

Great place to stay. Kind and helpful staff. Walking distance to everything, and lots of cosy cafees, restaurants and bars just 10m away. Would stay here again :)

Ottima posizione, stanza molto carina e arredata in maniera nuova e particolare. Super riscaldata (causa freddo gelido di fuori) quindi molto piacevole. Pulita e confortevole. Unico neo: come indirizzo è segnalato il negozio di Starbucks, ma per accedere bisogna fare il giro del palazzo (dalla destra) ed entrare dal retro (cosa che viene comunque segnalata dall'hotel al momento della prenotazione). Staff cordiale e disponibile. Ci tornerei!

Wielkie rozczarowanie - odradzamy

Wielkie rozczarowanie. Wyobraźcie sobie: zbliża się Wasz ważny dzień (np. ślub). Rezerwujecie pokój "deluxe", żeby odpocząć i się przygotować. Na zewnątrz jest 38 stopni. W pokoju 50. Za oknem okropny hałas, bo pokój jest na 1 piętrze, tuż przy ulicy. Nie da się spać, ani z zamkniętym, ani z otwartym oknem. Klimatyzacji brak. Jest wiatrak, który w tych warunkach nie daje nic. Po pierwszej nieprzespanej nocy obsługa (recepcja, manager i szef), bo w desperacji próbujecie rozmawiać ze wszystkimi, MA WAS GDZIEŚ. To Wasza wina, że razerwerowaliście pokój bez klimy. Nie ma znaczenia, że to wyjątkowa sytuacja i w tych warunkach pokój nie powinien być udostępniony gościom (NIE DA SIĘ TAM ŻYĆ, chyba że ktoś lubi żyć w piekarniku). O zwrocie kosztów nie próbujcie nawet rozmawiać, Sleep Well z przyjemnością weźmie więcej Waszych pieniędzy za zmianę pokoju - to jedyna opcja. Drogi "Sleep Well" robicie to źle. Zmieńcie nazwę na "Heat Well". Tak to też nasza wina, bo nie zwróciliśmy uwagi na brak klimy przy rezerwacji. Byliśmy pewni, że potraficie okazać odrobinę życzliwości stałym i (dotąd) zadowolonym klientom. Myliliśmy się. Życzymy Wam 50 stopni w nocy albo chociaż dobrego szkolenia z obsługi klienta. I odradzamy innym.

Great location near shops, pubs and restaurant. The room was good for the price and hotel staff very friendly. It was weird to have to call before getting there, but all went smoothly and we had a great stsy.

Service is always good in there. Good wifi and a lot of tv channels. The room I got this time was extremely tiny, with no normal heating in the room and very uncomfortable to get into the bed. I would stay in that hotel again, but would definitely want to avoid this room.

Ideal base for a short break

We stayed for 3 nights to give us opportunity to see the town before we attended a wedding. Great central location with good access to local attractions. Great value, the room had everything you could want for a short break, was well looked after and the staff were friendly and helpful. Clear instructions were given to find the place and check in. I would definitely recommend to others.

Perfect location

4 nights stay in July. Very good location for all tourist attractions, practically walking distance everywhere. Room nice and clean, well equipped, nice modern bathroom. Nowy Swiat Street is quite lively, ask for the room at the back if you stay for more than one night.

Good bargain option

Once you figure out where this is, you'll find it perfectly located for food options and an easy walk to a lot of sights. The room is a hotel room, in an apartment, so the name may slightly mislead, but I would happily return if going back to Warsaw.

Hotel pequeno muito bem localizado, Muito próximo do centro histórico, com vários bairros e restaurantes ao redor. Não tem recepção permanente (o que não é um problema) e o acesso é feito por um portão ao lado de uma Padaria. Gostei da proposta.

A pleasent surprise

Making a last moment booking due to a last minute change of circumstances and the need to stay in Warsaw and having little charge on my phone I had to take the first available accommodation offered on the internet. This was the "sleepwell apartments ",

Good bargain this time.

Nice place close to the centre. The room was very nice, clean and spacey. Only bad thing was that there were no blackening curtains so it was a little hard to sleep. Best for an exploring couple and not for a business traveller.
