Norske priser. Vi drakk bedre drinker for langt mindre. Vi spurte ogsรฅ de ansatte om tips til spa. De foreslo ett, som ikke hadde ledig tid, og det var det. Vi klarte รฅ finne et spa med ledig tid selv, men forventer mer av ansatte pรฅ et femstjerners-hotell. Hadde uansett bodd her igjen! โ
โWhen it comes to customer service, WOW! They really make sure their guests are taken care of. I originally had a two night stay booked but got held up in Lublin. A Polish friend of mine contacted the hotel, spoke with someone and they kindly said no problem, just to let them know when I would be arriving. On my day of check in, I contacted Wojtek to let him know my train had mechanical issues and I was running late. He said no problem. Then once I did get to Warsaw there was an accident near...
โLovely & clean self contained apartment. Close to everything including transport. The team running the place are very nice & approachable With good communication at all times. Itโs quite & peaceful & safe. โ

โStaff was always nice and helpful . I was having an issue trying to check in with my return flight and the gentleman actually was willing to help me and let me try to process on his phone . They was amazing โ
