"Lovely hotel, 2nd time visiting and will book again on our next trip to Birmingham. Parking is great with lift access. 24/7 snacks great for when back from a concert. Last time we had a pizza after our concert.
Helpful, friendly staff. Good night sleep.
Nice breakfast, lots of choice.
Definitely recommend this hotel."
"Everything was wonderful!! Something that did throw us off a little was that the shower didn't have an actual door, but then the shower head wasn't too powerful so there wasn't a lot of water everywhere."
"I don’t complain about much but don’t charge for a late fee when I’ve tried to call you numerous times on a broken phone & additionally don’t charge me with full knowledge that I’ve paid for a junior suite with a tv that doesn’t function for a 2 day stay. Other than that amazing location and amazing staff & amenities overall stay very very good would recommend other than that one personal issue"
