“The place was decent overall but the main detractor was listening to the people upstairs use the bathroom (shower and toilet) right over our heads while in the bedroom in the lower level unit. The waste line goes right through the wall in the lower unit and you can hear everything. Not worth the price to deal with that.”

“Cute little place with a floating dock and access to the water. The pull-out sleeper couch was a tiny hard futon with a metal frame that poked through to your back when you slept on it. I think that anyone who slept on it would have the same takeaway. Everything else was great. Maybe don’t advertise that as a bed to better manage expectations.”
