"We checked in on June 7 and checked out on June 10. I regret that I forgot the name of the lovely female staff member at the reception, but her warm welcome when we arrived and her kindness during check-out were truly exceptional—something we’ve never experienced at any other hotel. We were genuinely touched and would greatly appreciate it if you could pass on our heartfelt thanks to her.Since our flight was late at night, we paid for an additional half-day stay. Although the hotel was fully booked and it seemed difficult to accommodate us, the same receptionist went out of her way to help us extend our stay. While we were out, she even arranged to have our luggage moved for us, making the transition incredibly smooth and convenient. The resort's internal transportation service was also excellent. Although most places are within walking distance, there were times when we needed a golf cart, and it always arrived almost immediately after we made the request. There is also a shuttle bus to downtown Chiang Mai, which made sightseeing very easy and accessible. I would gladly return to Chiang Mai just to stay at Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai - MGallery again. Highly recommended!"

"Everything is great. Clean room, comfort bed, kind staffs, a nice roop top pool and great location just except for the airplain noise. If I have another chance to visit Nimman, I will stay here again. "

"가든 수영장이 너무 예뻐요. 그에 비해 방 청결은 안 좋아요. 오래 되기도 했지만 전반적으로 깨끗하지는 않아요 그리고 방과 이불이 습하고 눅눅해요 그리고 셔틀이 하루에 한번 밖에 운행 안하고, 그마저도 최대 인원이 8명이에요. 택시도 잘 안 잡혀서 교통이 제일 불편해요 룸서비스나 실내 편의시설이 잘 되어있으면 좋을거 같아요 "

"로비는 갤러리 같아요. 로비나 복도 곳곳에 정말 멋진 작품들이 많고요. 직원들 다 넘 친절합니다. 시설도 다 깨끗하고 편안했어요. 버기카가 운영되어 메인도로 앞까지 태워주고요. 무엇보다 조식이 정말 맛있었어요. 4박 했는데 매일 조굼씩 메뉴가 바뀌는 점도 좋고 샐러드류는 냉장보관인 점도 좋았어요. 물론 스크램블에그나 오믈렛도 즉석에서 직접 만들어 주십니다. 부족한 것은 바로 채워주시고요."
