We were genuinely touched and would greatly appreciate it if you could pass on our heartfelt thanks to her.Since our flight was late at night, we paid for an additional half-day stay. Although the hotel was fully booked and it seemed difficult to accommodate us, the same receptionist went out of her way to help us extend our stay. While we were out, she even arranged to have our luggage moved for us, making the transition incredibly smooth and convenient.
The resort's internal transportation service was also excellent. Although most places are within walking distance, there were times when we needed a golf cart, and it always arrived almost immediately after we made the request.
There is also a shuttle bus to downtown Chiang Mai, which made sightseeing very easy and accessible.
I would gladly return to Chiang Mai just to stay at Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai - MGallery again. Highly recommended!"
