Everything about the Empress Premier was excellent! I would highly recommend the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful and all the hotel staff were very helpful. I do recommend you make your own arrangements if traveling from the airport, but that is quite easy.

We had a wonderful experience at the Premier! The staff were so kind and welcoming which really made the experience so special. We are very grateful for their thoughtfulness during our stay. The pool space is lovely and the breakfast had lots of tasty options. My only critique would be that the pillows aren’t that comfortable.

Room cleanliness is a bit sloppy. Stains on bed headboard, sofa need vacuuming and surfaces here and there need dusting. Breakfast has lots of options but quality isn’t the best. Still they deserve credit for overall feelgood I think reception and bellboys really do their best
