"Staff made you feel really welcome, were helpful and friendly. Family room was freshly renovated and very spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice, fresh quality cooked breakfast ingredients and very good value for money.
Would definitely recommend to others."

"The bed sheets were too small for the bed, so I woke up with my head on the mattress directly.
Also when we came to check in the staff were doing some admin and we had to stand there for 10 minutes while they completed it in front of us"

"The hotel is located in great location and within easy reach of Cardiff and good views.
The staff really polite, friendly and helpful.
The room and bedding linen was very clean. The bathroom did need bit of TLC.
Although I did not get a chance to get breakfast, there were options for eating in and taking it away.
I would recommend and would book hotel again."

"Wall Eden Farm is a bit of a gem. It’s peaceful and uncomplicated, and the staff welcomed us warmly and seemed genuinely interested in us and making sure we had a good stay. We stayed as a family and felt at ease straight away.
There’s lots of nature and wildlife around if you take the time to notice it, which we really enjoyed. It’s the kind of place that encourages you to slow down and switch off for a while. The food in the restaurant was excellent too, which was a really nice bonus.
I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere relaxing where you can spend time together and enjoy being close to nature."

"Only stayed one night, to break up our journey.
Easy booking via Expedia, easy to find with ample parking. Lovely friendly welcome at reception by Lil.
We had a nice, spacious, spotlessly clean room with
A Patio !
We couldn't resist the Sunday carvery which was very nice, as was the breakfast the next morning.
So with a lovely location, nice friendly staff giving great service, what is not to like.
Thanks to all of your hardworking staff & looking forward to visiting again soon.

"Everything was great apart from being told we were having a free upgrade from family room which really wasn’t had a couple above us making noise walking around all night and early hours in the morning reported this in the morning reception not really that bothered"
