Front desk staff are doing an exemplary job. We had a concern about neighbours when we first got to our room and contacted the front desk and they immediately set us up in a new room. We stayed at this location twice on our holiday on two separate dates and both times the front desk allowed us to check in early. The amenities are great as the pool and hot tub are well kept and open 24 hours. The service at the freeport lounge is great considering how busy this bartender is. Also the food is very tasty and well presented.

We had a great stay. The suites are amazing and the staff is very friendly. The property is well maintained, clean and located within Coffee Shops, Grocery Stores, Public Library and Transit Plaza! The amenities are great and very family oriented! We are a family of 4 and we highly recommend it for your short or long stay.

Great location for concerts at the Saddledome & stampede! Nicely decorated room with comfy bed. Parking across the street was only $3!!! Will definitely return.
