"We stayed two nights here and while it looked decent online, I was disappointed with it overall. The lobby and hallways reeked of weed smell, the air conditioner was either freezing us out or had to be turned off (no medium setting which was challenging overnight), only one set of outlets actually held a plug in for use, the light over the bed didn't work, and the reflective wall behind the bed was just weird. The bed itself was good and the bathroom was clean, but people left bags of garbage in hall and were loud/ arguing in the halls overnight."

"Excellent location and very helpful staff. Anthony the front desk staff team member was nice allowing us to stay parked there for a couple of hours after our checkout time since our family arrived a little later than planned. If we come back to Niagara Falls, we will certainly stay here again."

"Lovely property but in a state of flux with new ownership. Problems : no internet at all in our room. We reported it but it was not fixed. Some outlets not working or plug falls out. Bed was very uncomfortable…old and no support. Fewer room amenities than average hotel. Good: shower was nice and clean, sinks clean, room was clean etc. There was always great coffee in the lobby. Very nice places to sit and do work since we had no internet in the room. The breakfast was just so so."

"Overall, a great hotel and very convenient to the airport. The hallway had a peculiar smell but it didn’t carry into the room. I arrived after midnight and was met immediately by the front desk clerk. No waiting or trying to find someone to check you in. That’s a big plus!"
