I received instructions the day we arrived on how to access the room as we were going to arrive after 8pm, so not sure if we had arrived earlier if that would have been different. “I have taken a trip to Europe with a group of friends every spring for 8 years and this is the best hotel we've stayed in. The rooms are large, beautifully furnished with chairs or a couch.
