The staff is friendly and helpful. The property around is beautiful but the facility itself is older and ragged. Was not the cleanest either. But for the price I think I got what I paid for.

His place sucks!!

The hallways to my room reeked of marijuana. not a great or safe environment. Stayed 3 hours and they wouldnt compensate any refund

This property is very very sketchy. Dirty in the room. Very dark leading up drive to rooms and dark putside the room. Glad i didnt have my children with me.

My stay was fair. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. No wi-fi password given and when I tried to call desk, I was disconnected. The driveway was not handicap accessible and my room was a long way down to the end of the hall. It was Christmas morning and I had no idea until I checked in that they were not having the normal breakfast.

I like that the rooms are back from the road therefore; not noisy at all. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is that there were dust/spider webs in the corner of the ceiling.

Cozy Little Place!

For the price this place is very good! Located next to a ton of shops and restaurants, but situated nicely back off the main road. I've been here twice and had very friendly service both times. Clean rooms, heat lamps in the bathrooms, and free wifi, fridge, and breakfast included. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again I'm sure.

When we arrived the room was ice,cold, I called the main desk they said it would warm up in 1/2 hour to 45 min, we waited. Finally er drove back to main office and complained again, we left and came back in 3 hours finally had heat. The bathroom had hair in the tub and on the counter, and shampoo running down wall in shower. The hotel is getting run down. We stayed there 3 times before,never had problem but this was not acceptable.

This property is very old but clean. If you are looking for a place to sleep only then this is the place. We did use the indoor pool. It was very nice after a busy day of shopping.

The location was not the best. Yet, the maids came in everyday to make my bed, take out the trash and place fresh towels everyday . I’ve never experienced that anywhere else for the price . So I’m pleased!

Book elsewhere. The staff was friendly enough but the room i had was horrible. The bed was barely worth the name. The bathroom tub didn't drain while showering. Basically just run.

hotel was close to the mall and other shopping. Continental breakfast was a farce. Only fruit was apples. There was a fridge but nothing in it, no yogurt, etc. Usually continental breakfast has waffle machine, not here. Bagel was hard even when toasted. only one juice flavour. WIFI wasn't working and when I called the desk nobody answered.

Thousand island hotel

We were given a smoking room. The room smelled really bad and we had to turn the AC fully on the entire night to get rid of the smell.
