"I really appreciate it how kind the staff were and how efficient they were when it came to issues that I experienced during my trip. Unfortunately when I got to my room there was hair in the towels in the shower and weird stains on the bed when I got moved to a new room there were weird stains on the bed. Finally my third room there were still a couple stains on the top sheet, so we ended up changing all of the bedding and it was clean and fresh with no issues. I will have to say that the staff there was extremely prompt to fix the issues at hand just very unfortunate since I had a long day of travelling and had to deal with that. The parking situation was awesome as there was lots of space and it was extremely convenient and close to the building."

"Not worth the errort to even consider staying here, we left after 30min. Initially booked for 1 night online, then phoned the property to add another night to our stay and were told it would be no problem. Upon arrival nothing had been noted in their system and the desk clerk had to do some shuffling of rooms to allow us to have the same room for both nights. In the end we were told we had been "upgraded" from a standard queen room to a 2 room kitchen suite. When we entered to room we shocked at the state of decay and dirtyness,. Taking a wet cloth from the bathroom we proceeded to clean the room ourselves as we were exhausted from our trip and late arrival and we thought we could make it passable for 1 night and were would change rooms in the morning. Our efforts were futile, the white cloth was black within moments of simply wiping the headboard and coffee table. At that point the smell of something long dead in a corner was starting to be more noticeable the longer we were in the room, and both of us said our throats were starting to feel sore. At that point we decided we would not be staying in there and headed to the office to either change rooms or leave. At the office we were told that the original room we had booked, and just moments before had been shuffled out of, was unavailable do to needing emergency repairs. We left even though it was now past midnight. The only positive in the experience was that we received a full refund. !!!BOOK HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!"
