The views are spectacular. We stayed on the 4th floor facing lake Lucerne. Breakfast buffet is a nice touch. Staff is very friendly. The pool is heated and lovely!

The location was the best, right on the lake. Property was immaculate.. A few things needed, blow dryers in room, coffee more available at breakfast, as at times, lines at machine....a a bit more variety at breakfast. The staff was very helpful and did a good job in Dining Room. The front desk staff were so friendly and always answered questions to help.Lovely property to stay, perfect location!

Beautiful location, right on the lake. The swimming pool is small but quite good addition. There’s no toothbrush or shaving kits. Suggest future clients to buy from the near by supermarket.

Charming. Love the proximity to the lake. The pool is wonderful. Food is very good. Staff very friendly and hard-working. If the weather is very hot opt for a lower floor. We stayed on the 4th floor and it was very hot and some of the windows did not open. We are hearty and made it work with a fan and cold swim before bed but it was not ideal. The view is fairy-tale-like. Would go back and get a lower floor with balcony

Location on the Lake side is excellent and only a few minutes from the boat station. The restaurant terrace right by the Lake is great. All the staff were really helpful. Air conditioning has been installed, but hadn't been commissioned at the time of our stay any will be beneficial in any hot weather. Our stay was half-board and although the standard was good, there was some repetition or variants of the same theme, during our week long stay. This was our second visit and would not hesitate to return.

The breakfast was abaolsutely wonderful!!! The food was freshly made and excellent, the selections were plentiful. Our view was perfect and the room was very well maintained. Lisa, at the front desk, was hands down the kindest staff member. She went out of her way to give us recommendations and was very helpful.

Just a well designed beautiful, clean room with a lot of tension to detail. You can see that the management of this place pays attention to its guest. Great food, breakfast and dinner was superb with a little snack time between three and four pm! If you want a great spot to walk around or have majestic Alpine views and even hop on the ferry to Lucerne in just a few minutes

Amazing trip and newly renovated hotel. Our room looked out on the lake and it was gorgeous. Would recommend staying here if you have a car and are wanting to visit Lucerne. Glad we stayed here versus the bigger city.

My stay at Hotel Central Am See was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and the views from our room including our terrace were breathtaking. I would highly recommend staying here, for the view and the staff who were very friendly and welcoming. We were even able to use the swimming pool in October which was alot of fun. I already can’t wait to go back. Thank you Hotel Central for a wonderful visit.

Such a beautiful hotel. Seems newly resonated. Great location. Walkable from the boat stop. Shocked they are a 3 star hotel. Would consider to be a 4 star easily. The pool was amazing with easy access to the lake. Would definitely make a trip back and stay again.

Older (I'm guessing) traditional hotel about a 45-minute boat ride from Lucerne (boat is a five minute walk). While hotel has an older charm, rooms are clean and modern, and the property is well maintained. Great property right on the water with direct lake access. Several restaurants nearby and easy access to Mt Rigi.
